Job Description

  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and reporting updates
  • Track hiring progress, pipeline status, and recruitment metrics
  • Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers on recruitment process follow-up
  • Support recruitment projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.
  • Ensure hiring processes are compliant, fair, and inclusive.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from role intake to offer closure.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking).
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for culture and role fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure an excellent candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 2 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment in startup/fintech/ banking is a must.
  • Have strong experience in Recruitment Dahsboard and inisiative
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills across multiple role types.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
