People & Sustainability Officer

What You Will Do

Currently, we are looking for the position of People & Sustainability Officer. In general, you will performs professional level human resources work and carries out responsibilities in one or more of the functional areas, such as staffing, employee relations, benefits, training, employment, and safety. Take a look at some points below to understand more about this role.

• Coordinates new hire process for managing staff including orientation and new hire paperwork
• Handles employment-related inquiries from employees and escalate to Human Resources Manager as needed
• Ability to answer employee questions and or concerns regarding Human Resource policy, procedures, or employee handbook interpretations
• Assists Business Unit Managers and/or Supervisors with employee inquiries, performance review process, coaching, counseling, and terminations
• Ensures HRIS is being maintained and used accordingly
• Partner with Talent Acquisition team for recruiting, interviewing, and screening employee candidates during peak seasons
• Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Operate ethically to protect the assets and image of the company
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as per business need
  
  

Requirements And Specifications

In order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area. To make it easier, there are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Minimum 1-3 years of Human Resources experience, startup/ed-tech industry experinece is a plus
• Strong administrative background is mandatory (HR documentation, data entry, filing, reporting)
• Experience in using HRIS is a plus
• Familiar with recruitment administration and scheduling
• Good coomunciation skills in English (verbal and written)
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and strong follow-up skills.
• Proficient in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Able to manage multiple tasks with clear priorities
• Flexible schedule availability according to business needs
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang.
