Permit & GA Staff

• Assist in handling and processing company licenses and permits
• Monitor and update company legal permits and documentation
• Draft and review vendor agreements/contracts
• Monitor vendor agreements and handle contract renewals as needed
• Ensure company compliance with applicable regulatory requirements

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Law
• Experienced in handling company licensing and permits, including:
  • Corporate legal documents and licenses
  • Business licensing (familiar with OSS system)
  • Operational and commercial permits
  • Tax-related permits/regulations will be an advantage
• Enjoys field work, high mobility activities, and coordinating with external parties
