  • Diutamakan berpengalaman sebagai Personalia/HRD minimal 1 tahun.
  • Mahir dalam mengoperasikan Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Memiliki tanggungjawab, loyalitas, jujur dan disiplin, serta siap bekerja lembur (longshift).
  • Memiliki pemahaman Manajemen Logistik Bisnis.
  • Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas.
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di BARAKA EXPRESS PORT BALIKPAPAN - KALIMANTAN TIMUR.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

  • Melaksanakan administrasi seperti perubahan status karyawan, rekap kasus dan administrasi terkait karyawan baru
  • Melakukan rekrutmen end to end
  • Melakukan budgetting gaji karyawan
  • Melaksanakan administrasi upah harian
  • Melakukan pengajuan sarana dan prasana kebutuhan kantor.
  • Melakukan penindakan kasus karyawan
  • Menjalin hubungan yang harmonis baik dengan pihak internal maupun eksternal
