Are you passionate aboutJapan, recruitment, and candidate placement? We’re looking for aStaff Penempatanto support candidates throughout their journey to work in Japan!

What You'll Do

• Translate and prepareJob Orders & candidate documentsin Japanese.
• Prepare candidate profiles and CVs.
• Train and prepare candidates for interviews with Japanese AO/User.
• Accompany candidates during interviews and provide translation support when needed.
• Assist Japanese AO/User during visits and activities.
• Monitor candidates after placement in Japan and support them when needed.

What We're Looking For

• MinimumD3/S1, preferably Japanese Literature, Administration, Management, or related fields.
•1+ year work experience in Japanor experience studying at a Nihongo Gakkou in Japan.
• Experience indocument administration or LPK is a plus.
• Proficient inMicrosoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Strong communication, coordination, attention to detail, and responsibility.
• Experience in manpower training or placement to Japan is a plus.
