  • Melakukan perencanaan kebutuhan cash harian, mingguan, dan bulanan.
  • Mengontrol ketersediaan uang cash pada seluruh cabang/ATM sesuai kebutuhan operasional.
  • Memonitor keluar masuk cash serta memastikan saldo sesuai dengan laporan.
  • Membuat forecasting kebutuhan cash berdasarkan transaksi dan histori penggunaan.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim operasional, CIT, FLM, dan pihak bank terkait distribusi cash.
  • Melakukan analisa selisih cash dan membantu proses investigasi apabila terjadi discrepancy.
  • Menyusun laporan cash management secara rutin kepada atasan dan management.
  • Memastikan proses pengelolaan cash berjalan sesuai SOP dan ketentuan perusahaan.
  • Mengontrol jadwal replenishment ATM agar tidak terjadi kekosongan uang.
  • Membantu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan cash dan pengendalian risiko operasional.
