We're Hiring: PPIC Manager - Garment Manufacturing!

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented PPIC Manager to lead our production planning and inventory control operations in the garment manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, analytical skills, and industry expertise to ensure efficient production workflows, optimal inventory levels, and timely order fulfillment.

Location: Semarang, Indonesia
Work Mode: Work from Office

What You'll Do:
Oversee end-to-end production planning and inventory control processes
Analyze demand forecasts and align production schedules accordingly
Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams
Ensure on-time delivery of finished goods to clients
Implement process improvements for efficiency and cost savings
Monitor KPIs and generate regular reports for management

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 10 years experience in garment manufacturing PPIC or related roles
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
Deep knowledge of supply chain management principles
Excellent communication in English (verbal & written)
Proficient with ERP systems & MS Office Suite
