Based in Cimanggis, Indonesia, you will support local manufacturing operations by driving process technology activities, including product industrialization, scale-up, and continuous improvement. Working with Operations, Quality, and R&D teams, you will ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality production processes. Reporting to the Process Technology Team Lead you will help enable operational excellence and innovation.

Your role includes

• Set up manufacturing instructions and production versions to ensure accurate and efficient processes
• Troubleshoot process issues and resolving product non-conformances or inefficiencies
• Support continuous improvement projects such as LEAN or GPS projects
• Collaborate with R&D and flavorists to align product design with manufacturing capabilities
• Work with Quality and Operations to address customer complaints and quality issues
• Apply structured problem solving (e.g., PDCA) to improve process performance

Your professional profile includes

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in chemical or food manufacturing
• Understanding of manufacturing technologies (e.g., spray drying, powder blending, process flavors)
• Knowledge of food safety and quality systems
• Experience working with SAP
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English
