What You Will Do :
- Support project-related procurement activities to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and align procurement with project needs.
- Assist in vendor selection and negotiation preparation under supervisor guidance.
- Manage day-to-day procurement documentation, purchase orders, and vendor coordination for assigned projects.
- Monitor supplier performance and prepare procurement reports to support project tracking and compliance.
- What We're Looking for :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in sourcing or procurement, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good understanding of sourcing processes, cost optimization, and vendor management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Willing to be based on-site in Cikarang.
