What You Will Do :
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and mitigate risks.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify and introduce innovative sourcing solutions to optimize spending and enhance quality.
- Lead vendor negotiations in line with guidance.
- Provide direction to team members to ensure smooth workflow and on-time project completion.
- Bachelor Degree from Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in sourcing or procurement (preferably in a project-based or manufacturing environment).
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, cost optimization, and vendor management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills.
- Professional proficiency in English language.
- Willing to work on site in Cikarang.
