Kualifikasi

  • Minimal S1 dari jurusan Manajemen, Administrasi Bisnis, Teknik Industri, Komunikasi, atau bidang terkait.
  • Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman di bidang Procurement, pengalaman pada bidang waste management dan/atau environmental services lebih disukai.
  • Memiliki pengalaman melakukan sourcing vendor, analisa perbandingan harga, negosiasi, dan vendor management.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan analisa yang baik, teliti, sistematis, serta mampu memecahkan masalah dalam procurement.
  • Memiliki database dan jejaring terkait Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa
  • Memiliki integritas tinggi dan memahami prinsip anti-fraud, conflict of interest, dan procurement ethics.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Melaksanakan proses procurement end-to-end.
  • Mencari dan mengevaluasi vendor/supplier sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan departemen terkait untuk kebutuhan, spesifikasi, timeline, dan budget pengadaan.
  • Melakukan quotation comparison, price analysis, dan cost analysis untuk mendapatkan value terbaik bagi perusahaan.
  • Melakukan negosiasi dengan vendor terkait harga, termin pembayaran, lead time, garansi, service level, dan terms lainnya.
  • Melakukan verifikasi vendor baru serta pengecekan kualitas dan kuantitas vendor rekanan
  • Melakukan monitoring, evaluasi atas sistem dan implementasi pengadaan di perusahaan.
  • Membuat kontrak vendor serta purchase order.
  • Menyiapkan laporan procurement dan melakukan analisis terhadap procurement spending.
  • Memastikan seluruh dokumen procurement terdokumentasi dengan baik dan siap untuk kebutuhan audit.
