Procurement Supervisor

WE ARE HIRING – PROCUREMENT SUPERVISOR

Location: Palembang / Banyuasin, South Sumatra, Indonesia

PT Evo Manufacturing Indonesia (EVO Group) is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Procurement Supervisor to oversee purchasing activities, manage supplier relationships, optimize procurement costs, and ensure the timely availability of materials and goods to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily procurement and purchasing activities to ensure timely fulfillment of operational requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, delivery performance, and reliability.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency.
• Monitor purchase orders, supplier lead times, and material availability.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, PPIC, Finance, and other departments to ensure procurement requirements are met.
• Analyze purchasing costs, evaluate supplier performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and approval processes.
• Prepare procurement reports and monitor purchasing performance.
• Lead and develop the procurement team to improve productivity and service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement or Purchasing, preferably with supervisory experience in retail or manufacturing industries.
• Good understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and logistics.
• Strong negotiation, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Strategic thinking with a strong focus on results and cost efficiency.
• Good knowledge of procurement best practices, supplier management, and industry trends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Willing to be based in Palembang / Banyuasin, South Sumatra.
