  • Pendidikan D3/S1 jurusan Teknologi Pangan/ Kimia - Berpengalaman 1 tahun/ baru lulus - Memiliki kemampuan sensori dan organoleptik yang baik - Menyukai memasak dan dunia kuliner

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Melakukan aplikasi formula prototipe skala lab dan emmabntu jalan nya trial produksi sesuai project yang sedang berjalan - Menyiapkan RM, WIP, FG sampel monitoring Shelf Life produk untuk trial panel atau evaluasi dan melakukan pencatatan terhadap hasil evaluasi nya
  • Melakukan pencatatan administrasi
  • Bertanggung jawab terhadap ruangan dan perlatan yang ada di lab/minikitchen
