We are looking for an (experienced) product manager to join us. You will be working closely with the product team to make significant impacts on Shopee's search & recommendation engine through both technical and operational processes.

Job Description:

• Coordinate with regional and local stakeholders to manage overall content moderation, content understanding and fraud prevention strategies.
• Understanding business, policy, and operations’ needs and pain points to build product solutions.
• Align with the stakeholders on the product prioritisation, timeline, and progress.
• Independent PRD design and project management to ensure the feature is developed according to the requirements.
• Coordinate with QA on the User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide insights on local market’s contexts, competitors, trends, and performance.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable University majoring in Computer Science or related fields.
• Have 1-3 years of working experience as product management; preferably in e-commerce / content platforms with content moderation, risk, or fraud background.
• Proficient in Ms. Excel, Figma, Powerpoint; Google Sheets, Slides.
• Good communication and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia & English, both verbal and written. Will be nice if can speak Chinese.
• Strong ownership, able to proactively drive initiatives from ideation to execution.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to effectively align and manage expectations across diverse stakeholders.
