We are looking for an (experienced) product manager to join us. You will be working closely with the product team to make significant impacts on Shopee's search & recommendation engine through both technical and operational processes.

Job Description

• Work with cross functional teams to develop and improve structured policy, community guidelines in accordance with platform ecosystem and user tastes
• Collaborate with local teams to improve the quality of policy understanding and operation
• Develop and streamline operational processes to drive productivity improvements in moderation team management ranging from Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Training, etc
• Involved in day to day basis of policy enforcement, operational work such as case study, risk analysis, by understanding local culture, context, and legal environment and proactively update with latest trends regarding aforementioned areas
• Work closely with product, R&D, operational team to ensure policy is applicable to different product scenarios.
  
  

Requirements

• 1-3 years of demonstrated experience in making and operating of community policy in a content oriented context
• Experience in data processing using Ms. Excel is required. Python or Structured Query Language coding experience will be an advantage
• Passionate about design operational processes and systems especially in trust & safety
• Self-motivated and willing to learn
• Ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment
• Strong communication skills and well-versed in English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia (required) or Mandarin (optional) to facilitate cross-border collaborations and communications.
