Key Responsibilities

  • Handle administrative and documentation tasks related to product operations
  • Support spare part procurement and inventory management
  • Read and review technical documents such as BoM, PO, and user manuals
  • Assist in product assembly, inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Operate basic technical tools for product support activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, perfectionist, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Based in or willing to relocate/work in the Greater Bandung area
  • Mobile and owns a personal vehicle
  • Able to handle spare part purchasing/procurement
  • Familiar with reading BoM (Bill of Materials), Purchase Orders (PO), user manuals, and other technical documents
  • Basic knowledge of electrical components (e.g., sensors, PCB, etc.)
  • Able to operate basic technical tools and equipment (e.g., soldering tools, etc.)
