Production Associate

The Production Associate is responsible for supporting daily production operations by executing assigned tasks in accordance with established work instructions, quality standards, and production priorities. This role ensures smooth production line execution by maintaining operational discipline, identifying operational issues, and supporting production readiness from pilot to mass production. Through consistent execution and collaboration with the team, the Production Associate contributes to maintaining product quality, operational efficiency, and overall production stability

What you will do:

• Execute daily production activities by following work instructions, quality standards, and production priorities
• Ensure products are manufactured accurately, consistently, and in accordance with established production processes
• Prepare workstations, tools, and materials to support smooth production operations
• Perform quality checks during production and report any abnormalities, defects, or operational issues promptly
• Support production line setup, pilot runs, and production readiness activities when required
• Maintain accurate production records and contribute to continuous improvement by providing operational feedback
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and stable production operations
  
  

You will fit in this job if you:

• Vocational School (SMK), Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Internship or vocational experience in manufacturing or production is a plus
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, production operations, and quality standards
• Able to follow work instructions, SOPs, and standardized production processes accurately
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and committed to maintaining quality and safety standards
• Comfortable working in a production or shop floor environment
• Strong teamwork, communication, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced production environment
