You’ll make an impact by

• Follow Work Instruction and SOP
• Learning to operating and monitoring production quality in achieving the production target
• Assisting with machine setup and changeovers
• Performing basic maintenance tasks
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Learning about production processes and safety protocols

You’ll make an impact by

• Currently enrolled in a technical program, trade school, or related field (or a highly motivated high school student with a passion for electrical engineering)
• A strong desire to learn
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical principles (a plus)
