Responsibilities

• Monitor and review the business in meeting the financial and operational objectives.
• Key liaison personnel and manage relationships between customers and internal groups. Interact with customers on business outlook, quality, delivery, product costing, engineering changes and explore new business opportunities.
• Oversee timely completion of production schedules and new project start-up through efficient coordination of all levels of CFT team.
• Prepare business forecast, revenue projection and customers quotations.
• Driver for problem solving to internal and meeting customers’ requirements/expectations.
• Resolve issues which has financial impact with customers inventory, claims, pricing, AR.
• Manage, review customer PO, S/O, changes updates and closure.
• Review MRB/ECN/DN and provide disposition.

• It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting field from high reputable universities - preferred.
• Sufficient knowledge in utilizing computer applications such as MS Office, Spreadsheet, or other production related software
• Ability to work efficiently under stress involving tight deadlines
• Conversant with fundamental bookkeeping methods
• Giving thoughtfulness to detail and high level of precision
• Excellent command of English language (oral and written).
