Job Description

  • Ensure timely updates, accuracy, and consistency of project reports. Track key metrics and deliverables to support project transparency and decision-making.
  • Determining rates and accurately entering data into relevant systems
  • Providing logistical and administrative support for project campaigns
  • Assisting in the coordination and maintenance of ongoing project initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall project goals

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma Degree from any Major
  • 1-year experience as Admin
  • Has experience in the Logistic industry is a plus
  • Detail-oriented and good communication skillsAble to use basic Excel/spreadsheet formulas
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Willing to be placed in Kuningan, South Jakarta
