Job Purpose:
To drive disciplined execution across cross-functional teams, effectively bridging strategy and delivery to ensure full alignment of Go-To-Market (GTM) pillars--Products, Distribution, Communication, Channels, People, Events, and Network Readiness--in order to maximize customer acquisition, revenue growth, and the monetization of network investments (including tower-level profitability improvement). This role plays a critical part in integrating market dynamics, customer insights, and competitive intelligence into GTM execution, ensuring that all initiatives are well-researched, insight-driven, and commercially impactful. It ensures that GTM programs are tightly aligned with network deployment and improvement timelines, while consistently delivering against business objectives through structured coordination, data-driven decision support, and execution excellence.
Main Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities
- Enable structured GTM planning and execution readiness
- Develop high-quality reports, presentations, and documentation to support the design, planning, and execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, campaigns, and strategic projects.
- Ensure retail readiness for network monetization
- Ensure all newly deployed towers are supported by "just-in-time" availability of active retail outlets, enabling immediate commercialization. Track, evaluate, and report outlet readiness and transaction activity to ensure effective network monetization.
- Lead cross-functional GTM orchestration
- Drive end-to-end coordination across key stakeholders (Marketing, Channels, Regions, CVM, and related teams) to ensure aligned planning and disciplined execution of GTM plans, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Deliver data-driven performance insights
- Analyze performance data across GTM initiatives, marketing campaigns, sales activities, and projects to generate actionable insights that enable continuous optimization and refinement of commercial strategies.
- Ensure communication consistency and execution standards
- Develop and standardize communication materials, campaign briefs, and internal guidelines to ensure consistent messaging, execution excellence, and effective collaboration across teams.
- Monitor and optimize GTM effectiveness
- Define, track, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) across GTM tactics, channels, and projects to assess business impact and provide data-driven recommendations for strategic adjustments and performance improvement.
