- Establishing a strong relationship with the key stakeholders in the assigned district.
- Conduct frequent visitation and meeting with key stakeholders in the district.
- Involved in key events with the residents and district officers.
- Active in voluntary and community service initiatives in the district.
- Act as key liaison between the organization and the stakeholders in the district.
