Project Manager Electrical - Data Center (Tier III Project)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Electrical to lead electrical construction, commissioning, and delivery of a Tier III Data Center project in compliance with mission-critical standards.

• Lead electrical project execution from planning, installation, testing, commissioning, until handover
• Manage electrical scope, schedule, cost, quality, and project risks
• Supervise installation of MV/LV systems, UPS, transformer, genset, grounding, and PDU
• Coordinate with Mechanical, ICT, QA/QC, HSE, and client teams
• Ensure compliance with Uptime Tier Standards, client specifications, and local regulations
• Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals
• Prepare and review MOP (Method of Procedure) and MOS (Method of Statement)
• Support testing, energization, integrated system testing, and commissioning activities
• Monitor team performance and project progress
• Ensure project readiness for inspection, audit, and handover

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Min. 3 years experience in Data Center projects (Tier III preferred)
• Mandatory: PMP, SKK/SKA Teknik Tenaga Listrik, K3 Listrik
• Strong knowledge of critical power systems and mission-critical environments
• Able to use AutoCAD
• Able to read electrical drawings and technical documents
• Able to prepare MOP and MOS documents
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English
• Willing to work on-site in Cikarang
