Project Merger Specbook Intern

• Complete and standardize Quality Specbook for each SKU (Fresh & Frozen categories).
• Consolidate and merge existing Specbooks (visual format & detailed information) into one aligned and standardized format.
• Manage and maintain large-scale product documentation (tens of thousands of SKUs).
• Create and develop data visualizations from database to improve readability and usability of product specifications.
• Support Quality team initiatives, including collaboration with PX team (Quality-related scope).
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all product specifications.

• Minimum Qualifications: Fresh graduate from Food Technology, Food Industry, Agriculture, or other related majors, with basic understanding of food quality standards and product specifications.
• Prior experience in retail is an advantage.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets and Google Slides.
• Comfortable handling large datasets and structured documentation, with basic knowledge of data visualization preferred.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Flexible and willing to conduct field visits, including mobile product assessments and visits to hubs/warehouses.
