Job Description
- Merencanakan promosi komprehensif, baik secara digital maupun konvensional, untuk meningkatkan brand awareness & menarik calon pembeli properti
- Merencanakan & mengeksekusi kegiatan pemasaran langsung seperti open house, pameran properti (property exhibition), peluncuran produk baru (grand launching), dll
- Membuat, mengelola & mengontrol alokasi anggaran biaya promosi & iklan secara efektif agar sesuai dengan target pencapaian
- S1-Segala Jurusan
- Minimal 5 (lima) tahun diposisi yang sama diindustri Property
- Good communication, problem solver, negotiation & presentation skill
- Kreatif, inovatif dan energik
- Familiar dengan digital marketing
