Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communication, or Community Management (experience in sports, entertainment, or community-driven industries is a strong plus).
- Proven ability to communicate persuasively and adapt flexibly when building relationships with diverse types of stakeholders.
- Possess a strong, objective, and non-reactive mentality in managing public relations crises, especially when facing public complaints or high-pressure situations.
- Strong public speaking and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to act as an official representative for the media and general public.
- Highly skilled in writing and structuring clear, professional articles, press releases, or public statements.
- Good understanding of the football industry and communication approaches toward supporter communities (having a deep familiarity with local football culture in Yogyakarta is a strong plus).
- Willing and able to work with high time flexibility, including weekends and matchdays, and ready for field mobilization to coordinate with external parties.
- Placement at Jogjakarta.
- Act as the official bridge of communication and information between the club management and the supporter communities.
- Serve as the primary PR representative to handle and respond to public complaints or inquiries with a tactical, professional, and composed approach.
- Represent the club and actively participate in high-level coordination meetings with key external stakeholders, including supporter groups and law enforcement/police departments.
- Facilitate and ensure smooth media operations by writing and editing news articles, official press releases, and formal club statements.
