Responsibilities
- Assist in purchasing administrative tasks, including preparing and filing procurement documents.
- Support data entry and monitoring of purchase orders (PO) and order status.
- Assist in coordinating with suppliers regarding orders and delivery schedules.
- Help maintain and update supplier databases.
- Support the purchasing team in follow-ups and procurement processes.
- Perform other purchasing-related tasks as assigned.
- Active student or fresh graduate in Management, Accounting, Business, or related fields.
- Strong interest in purchasing/procurement activities.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and good with administrative tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Spreadsheets).
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Willing to work onsite in BSD.
