Purchasing Staff

PHC Indonesia is a Manufacturer of Medical Devices and Component, such as Electronic Equipment (Blood Glucose Meter, Bio Medical Freezer, Bio Medical Incubator and Medical Equipment). PHC Indonesia also provide EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Service) for Medical Devices, Automotive and others.

We are seeking a Purchasing Staff to join our Procurement team. This role is responsible for managing purchasing activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for business operations.

The position involves processing purchase requisitions, preparing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring order fulfillment, and maintaining accurate procurement documentation. The role also supports supplier evaluation, cost optimization initiatives, and compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses strong communication and negotiation skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain supplier relationships, and work effectively in a dynamic business environment is essential.

This is a new headcount to strengthen procurement operations, support increasing business needs, and ensure uninterrupted supply of materials and services across the organization.
