We're Hiring: QA Manager (Garment Manufacturing)!

We are looking for a highly experienced QA Manager to lead our quality assurance operations in garment manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in overseeing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement across production lines.

Location: Semarang, Indonesia
Work Mode: Work from Office
Role: QA Manager (Garment Manufacturing - Intimate Clothing)

What You'll Do:
Lead and supervise the entire QA team and processes
Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance policies and procedures
Conduct regular audits to maintain high product standards
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
Prepare detailed reports for management review

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 10 years of experience in garment manufacturing QA roles, especially in underwear/intimate clothing
Strong knowledge of garment industry standards and regulations
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication in English (verbal & written)
