The Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer role focuses on ensuring the quality and stability of software products through effective testing, defect management, and collaboration with engineers and global stakeholders. This fully remote position is open to candidates based anywhere in Indonesia and offers potential progression into a QA team lead role.

Responsibilities
- Conduct software testing to ensure product quality and stability
- Design, execute, and maintain test cases
- Identify, document, and track defects clearly
- Collaborate with engineers and global stakeholders
- Support the continuous improvement of QA processes
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a QA engineer or software tester
- Experience using bug-tracking and test-management tools, such as Jira or TestRail
- Familiarity with web technologies, including REST APIs and browsers
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills
- Good spoken and written English communication skills
- Proactive, responsible, and self-driven approach
- Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in travel technology, e-commerce, or software as a service environments
- Experience in automation testing
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Mentoring experience or demonstrated leadership potential
