- Melakukan perhitungan volume untuk pembuatan RAB
- S1 Teknik Sipil/Teknik Arsitektur
- Minimal 5 (lima) tahun diposisi yang sama, diutamakan berpengalaman di highrise project/konsultan QS Kemampuan komunikasi & inisiatif yang baik
- Faham administrasi QS, proses tender & pembuatan BQ
- Autocad
