We're looking for a Recruitment Specialist who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all aspects of recruitment including policies, processes, procedures, and developing initiatives to ensure the achievement of recruitment objectives, such as search, prospecting, screening, interviewing, testing, offer-making, negotiation, agreements, on-boarding and induction of new employees, as well as identifying and engaging freelancers.
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will also be responsible for overseeing employees' journey throughout the probation period, ensuring they are comfortable, performing well, their progress is properly monitored, and any challenges are addressed promptly.

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will also be responsible for overseeing employees' journey throughout the probation period, ensuring they are comfortable, performing well, their progress is properly monitored, and any challenges are addressed promptly.
What will you do:
- Recruitment at all levels fresh graduate / new starter. experienced staff, supervisors and managers - including in technology.
- Advertising job ads through on-line and direct channels.
- Skilled at prospecting, undertaking proactive searches, sourcing candidates who are not actively searching
- Assisting the Hiring Manager to find the right candidate.
- Using tailored recruitment applications.
- Overseeing employee's journey throughout the probation period
- Bachelor degree from any major
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Recruiter, preferably in-house recruiter
- Proficiency in English (both oral & written)
- Experience in service/consulting industry
- Experience in recruiting for technology roles is a distinct plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Able to work with deadlines and targets
- Knowledgeable with test tools and behavioral interviewing skill
- Experience in people development and employee retention
