Job Description

  • Drive strategic seller investment projects to optimise revenue and take rates while balancing P&L improvements with growth objectives within designated project timelines
  • Develop and execute targeted acquisition, onboarding, and growth frameworks for high-potential seller groups and new suppliers in priority market segments
  • Ensure strategic sellers enrich marketplace offerings by delivering broader selection and competitive pricing across priority categories
  • Collect and analyse operational data across regional markets to generate actionable insights and document successful project frameworks for regional scaling
  • Refine and evaluate regional business development processes and frameworks to maximise operational effectiveness and team efficiency
  • Champion governance and risk mitigation projects to prevent, detect, and address internal inefficiencies and fraud risks within seller-facing teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development, management consulting, marketplace operations, or business strategy, preferably with regional exposure across Southeast Asia markets
  • Proven track record of managing commercial metrics including take rate, Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), and margin performance
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, operational risk mitigation, and process improvement within cross-functional environments
  • Advanced analytical proficiency with strong capability in converting complex data into actionable strategic frameworks
