About the role
Navitas is looking for a performance-driven and growth- focused, Regional Student Recruitment Manager to drive recruitment growth and achieve student enrolment targets across the region on behalf of the Divisions.
Reporting to the Country Director (Indonesia), this role is responsible for executing strategic recruitment initiatives within the international education sector, leveraging multiple sales channels to maximise market reach and student conversion. The successful candidate will build strong partnerships with agents, schools, and key stakeholders while supporting direct recruitment strategies across the territory.
The role will focus on end-to-end sales pipeline management, including lead generation, student engagement, conversion activities, and resolving student, parent, and agent queries. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the Regional Student Recruitment Manager will drive sustainable growth and market presence while fostering a culture of inclusion, collaboration, positivity, and high performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and operationalise student recruitment plans across the assigned country/territory in collaboration with Divisional and College/Campus-based teams.
- Own and manage the recruitment pipeline effectively to achieve annual enrolment targets for the Divisions/Colleges/Campuses.
- Represent the Division/College at recruitment events, information sessions, and industry engagements.
- Lead recruitment activities including agent training, student conversion initiatives, events, enquiry management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Provide accurate market insights, recruitment forecasts, and detailed performance reports to the Regional Manager and Regional Director.
- Build strong consultative relationships with prospective students, agents, University Partners, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all recruitment activities within the CRM system.
- Deliver professional execution of student recruitment and administrative support activities.
- Share regular market feedback and recommendations to support continuous process and structural improvements.
- Develop and maintain strong, effective, and long-term partnerships with agents, University Partners, and other stakeholders to drive sustainable growth.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven track record of strong sales performance
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, and negotiation skills with business-level English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Collaborative and relationship-focused professional with the ability to build strong stakeholder and partner relationships.
- Innovative, proactive, and accountable mindset with the ability to drive recruitment initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to managing changing priorities, with willingness to support recruitment activities during weekends, evenings, and international events when required.
Desirable
- Previous success in sales or student recruitment within the Higher Education sector, with the ability to monitor performance, evaluate outcomes, and deliver insightful reports.
- Proven experience building and managing strong relationships with education agents and key stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
