About the Role
As a Relationship Manager (RM) , you’ll build and maintain relationships with doctors and hospitals in your assigned region. You’ll capture surgery schedules, update CRM data accurately, and coordinate with Operations to ensure service readiness and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned hospital and doctor accounts, and plan regular visits.
- Capture and input surgery schedules, implant needs, and case details into CRM.
- Coordinate with Operations and Technical Support to ensure service readiness.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and follow up on potential opportunities.
- Support documentation for billing (PO, DO, BAST, contracts).
- Submit daily reports and participate in weekly coordination meetings.
Minimum Qualifications: 1. Minimal experience 1-3 years as Sales, RM, Account executive, Medical Representative
2. Bachelor’s degree from reputable University in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field.
3. Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
4. Comfortable working in hospital environments.
5. Willing to travel frequently and manage flexible schedules.
6. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, in Balinese, English proficiency preferred.
