Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Manage room reservations received via telephone, email, website, and other booking channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding room availability, rates, packages, and hotel facilities.
• Process new bookings, amendments, cancellations, and special requests in a timely manner.
• Maximize room revenue through upselling opportunities and adherence to revenue management strategies.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure compliance with Accor brand standards.

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling booking information.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
