• Supervise daily operations of the Reservations team and ensure smooth workflow.
• Handle and monitor room reservations, cancellations, amendments, and special requests.
• Ensure all reservations are entered accurately into the hotel system.
• Monitor room availability, rates, restrictions, and inventory.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management, and other departments.
• Support the team in maximizing room revenue and occupancy through effective selling techniques.
• Handle guest inquiries and reservation-related complaints professionally.
• Monitor and follow up on tentative, waitlist, and unconfirmed reservations.
• Ensure reservation procedures and hotel standards are consistently followed.
• Review daily reservation reports and identify discrepancies or potential issues.
• Train, coach, and guide Reservation Agents to improve their performance and product knowledge.
• Assist the Reservations Manager in achieving departmental targets and maintaining service standards.
• Maintain good relationships with guests, travel agents, corporate clients, and other business partners.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Reservations Manager or management.
