Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Develop and execute credit risk strategies integrated into the core credit risk management system
  • Design and develop core system functionality within credit risk management systems to support strategic risk initiatives.
  • Identify credit risks across bank lending products, both commercial and retail lending
  • Measure credit risk and evaluate both the probability and potential impact of identified exposure.
  • Monitor key credit risk indicators routinely and recommend targeted mitigation and control actions.
  • Perform data analytics to support the development of lending product policies.
  • Formulate and propose strategic policies and frameworks for lending product
  • Drive the cross-functional execution of credit risk strategies and policies across relevant business units.
  • Upgrade risk measurement systems in response to shifts in bank operations, new products, transactional changes, and emerging risk factors.
  • Proficient in drafting policies, SOPs, and memos related to credit risk strategy.

Persyaratan

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information System, Mathematic and Statistic
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in banking or financial services industry, especially in risk management functions especially related to credit
  • Master the provisions of BI, OJK, and applicable laws and regulations related to Bank business activities
  • Have knowledge in the field of risk management, especially credit risk
  • Familiar with programming languages, such as SQL, python, and advanced Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have good analytical and problem solving skills
