Proposes return of substandard and expired goods to Clients through administration paperworks and according to each’s client Return Goods Policy to reclaim assets of returnable goods.

Proposes return of substandard and expired goods to Clients through administration paperworks and according to each’s client Return Goods Policy to reclaim assets of returnable goods.
What You’ll Do
- Create substandard and expired goods return proposals to clients according to Return Goods Policy and agreed time
- Negotiate return handover process regarding approval from clientsCreate return proposals recap monthly in excel
- Ensure documents completion requested by clients to propose return
- Coordinate with PIC in branch regarding required documents for return proposal
- Must-Have:Posses Bachelor Degree (any major)
- Good Communication skills, Technical Skills, and Collaboration
- Can operate M. Office (intermediate level) and familiar with SAP
- Negotiation skill
- A proactive problem-solver with a strong focus on continuous improvement
- Flexibility to be available after normal business hours when required to ensure operational success
