About Our Client

Our client, a globally recognized organization currently undergoing a significant digital transformation journey, is seeking a talented RPA Developer to join their growing automation team.This role offers the opportunity to work within a large-scale, enterprise automation ecosystem, supporting multiple business domains and contributing to a rapidly expanding RPA capability.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy RPA solutions using Blue Prism (or equivalent tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere)
  • Maintain and optimize an existing portfolio of bots across multiple business areas
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities
  • Develop and maintain supporting scripts (Java/Python) for automation logic
  • Support deployment pipelines using DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, monitoring, version control)
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of automation solutions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of RPA standards, governance, and best practices

Candidate ProfileWe are looking for candidates who combine technical expertise with strong business understanding, enabling them to translate operational needs into effective automation solutions.

Key Qualifications Include

  • Proven experience with Blue Prism (preferred) or other leading RPA platforms
  • Basic programming/scripting experience in Java or Python
  • Exposure to DevOps environments and processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience working across multiple business domains or functions
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and RPA frameworks
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
