Safety Officer - Data Center Project

We are hiring experienced Safety Officers to ensure full compliance with safety standards across Data Center construction activities.

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with K3 regulations and site standards
• Lead safety induction and toolbox meetings
• Investigate incidents and enforce corrective actions
• Monitor PPE usage and safe work practices
• Supervise work permits and high-risk activities
• Coordinate with site teams to improve safety awareness

• Diploma/Bachelor in relevant field
• Min. 2 years experience in construction/Data Center projects
• Mandatory: AK3 Umum / K3 Listrik
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and practices
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Willing to work on-site in Cikarang
