What You'll Do :

• Responsible for achieving the store’s sales targets and contributing to the company’s overall revenue goals.

• Provide excellent customer service and deliver a positive in-store shopping experience.

• Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and overall presentation at all times.

• Ensure visual merchandising and store standards are consistently aligned with company guidelines.

• Support daily store operations and assist customers with product knowledge and recommendations.

What You’ll Need To Succeed :

• Minimum education: Senior High School or equivalent.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Associate, preferably in the retail industry.

• Demonstrated commitment to building a long-term career in retail.

• Strong product knowledge and understanding of sales techniques.

• Creative, proactive, and able to work with a degree of independence.
