Responsibilities
- Menjalin dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan toko cat, toko bangunan, kontraktor, dan pelanggan potensial.
- Melakukan kunjungan rutin ke toko untuk memastikan penjualan, display produk, dan aktivitas promosi berjalan baik.
- Mengembangkan penjualan di area yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya.
- Mengidentifikasi peluang pasar serta memberikan solusi atas kebutuhan pelanggan.
- Memastikan target penjualan area tercapai.
- Membuat laporan penjualan dan aktivitas lapangan secara berkala.
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK - D3/S1 semua jurusan (lebih disukai Manajemen, Pemasaran, atau Bisnis).
- Memiliki pengalaman 1–2 tahun di bidang Sales (diutamakan industri cat, building material, atau FMCG).
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
- Terbiasa bekerja mobile di lapangan dan mengelola area penjualan.
- Teliti, detail, cekatan, serta memiliki kemampuan administrasi yang baik.
- Mampu bekerja dengan target penjualan.
- Memiliki SIM C/A dan bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas sesuai area cluster (area Selatan, Timur, dan Barat).
