Purpose Of The Role

To drive revenue growth and expand market share by promoting and selling the product to all channel. Building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, to meet and exceed sales targets.

What You’ll Do

• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company
• Identify and prospect new customer to expand the distribution network
• Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts through regular visits, follow-ups, and excellent customer service.
• Providing product knowledge and information to customers
  
  

Must Have

What Will Make You Successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Possess a Class C Driver’s License.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, pharmacies, and hospitals.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.High level of honesty and discipline.
• Willingness to work in various locations.
• Familiarity with Semarang area.
• Proficiency in computer operations.
