Responsibilities

  • Achieve vehicle sales targets through prospecting, social media selling, direct sales, and field sales activities.
  • Acquire and onboard new customers/drivers through various channels, including ride-hailing and mobility communities.
  • Present vehicle features, EV benefits, and financing/rental schemes to potential customers.
  • Follow up with leads, negotiate, and close sales while maintaining a strong customer experience.
  • Prepare sales reports, track follow-ups, and provide market insights and feedback to management.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive, leasing, banking, transportation, or mobility industries.
  • Experience generating leads and selling through social media such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, or other digital platforms.
  • Experience with ride-hailing driver communities, fleet operators, or customer acquisition is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills; willing to travel for field sales activities.
