Role Description

The Sales Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Surabaya, responsible for overseeing daily sales operations and supporting the sales team. This position manages and guides sales representatives, monitors targets and performance, and ensures high-quality customer service across all channels. The role includes analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue and expand market presence. The Sales Supervisor will coordinate training and coaching for team members, maintain strong communication with management and other departments, and help implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
