Job Responsibility

  • Melakukan monitoring KPI store dan memastikan pencapaian target sales
  • Melakukan coaching, mentoring, dan training untuk tim Beauty Advisor
  • Memastikan implementasi operasional counter sesuai standar
  • Melakukan store visit secara rutin dan memastikan operasional store sudah sesuai
  • Mengontrol stock level dan distribusi barang di store
  • Membuat report rutin terkait performa sales dan operasional store
  • Berkoordinasi dengan pihak retailer (Department Store) dan pihak lainnya

Qualifications

  • Pendidikan terakhir minimal S1 jurusan Marketing, Manajemen, atau jurusan terkait dengan IPK minimal 3.00
  • Pengalaman di bidang retail atau kosmetik minimal 4 tahun
  • Pengalaman sebagai Team Leader minimal 2 tahun
  • Jujur, disiplin, pekerja keras, dapat bekerja dalam tim, mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik
  • Memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam Microsoft Office dan pengolahan data
  • Penempatan di area Surabaya
