As a Field Trainer Coordinator , you will be responsible for improving promoter and sales team performance through training, coaching, and capability development initiatives. You will work closely with Sales, Area Managers, distributors, and principals to strengthen product knowledge, selling skills, and execution excellence in the field. Your impact will be measured not only by training completion but by improvements in sales performance, conversion, and overall store execution.

As a Field Trainer Coordinator , you will be responsible for improving promoter and sales team performance through training, coaching, and capability development initiatives. You will work closely with Sales, Area Managers, distributors, and principals to strengthen product knowledge, selling skills, and execution excellence in the field. Your impact will be measured not only by training completion but by improvements in sales performance, conversion, and overall store execution.
What You'll Do
- Deliver product knowledge, selling skills, customer handling, and operational training programs for promoters and sales teams.
- Conduct field coaching, store visits, and on-site observations to improve sales execution and customer engagement.
- Analyze sales performance, productivity, and capability gaps to develop targeted improvement plans.
- Create and maintain training materials, presentations, product guides, assessments, and coaching tools.
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, coaching outcomes, and sales performance improvements.
- Support onboarding and capability development programs for new promoters and sales personnel.
- Collaborate with Sales, Area Managers, distributors, and principals to align training initiatives with business objectives.
- Support product launches, sales activations, promotional programs, and field execution initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Trainer, Sales Trainer, Field Trainer, or similar role.
- Experience managing promoter development and field sales capability programs.
- Strong understanding of retail, distribution, or sales operations.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Proven ability to create training materials and deliver engaging learning experiences.
- Strong analytical and coaching skills with the ability to identify performance gaps and drive improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willing to travel and conduct regular field visits across assigned areas.
- Experience within retail, FMCG, consumer electronics, or distribution industries.
- Experience handling regional or multi-area training programs.
- Familiarity with sales KPIs, conversion metrics, and field performance evaluation.
