Responsibilities

  • Process master data according to specified guidelines, ensuring accuracy and readiness for upload to the SAP system.
  • Develop Excel outputs based on English memos from the Development Team and grading sheets from the Pattern Team.
  • Prepare and manage BOM Transfer files and ensure consistency across the BOM system, English memos, and grading sheets.
  • Generate ECN (Engineering Change Notice) data files and execute ECN updates in SAP following system changes.
  • Automate data workflows using advanced analytics tools and develop effective VBA macros and RPA solutions to enhance efficiency in data handling and system tasks.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Proven experience using VBA macros, demonstrating ability to automate tasks and streamline workflows in Excel or other Office applications (looker studio).
  • Proficient in data analysis software, including Python with hands-on experience in data querying, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including mastery of complex formulas and functions necessary for high-level data processing and reporting.
