Scaffolder

Job Summary

Responsible for erecting, dismantling, and maintaining scaffolding structures to support construction and maintenance activities safely and efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, follow work instructions from the Foreman, maintain proper housekeeping, use tools and PPE correctly, and support a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Do the activities based on the instruction of the direct superior
• To follow the Safety Rules and Regulation set by the Yard
• Take care of tools assigned to him
• To maintain Time Keeping and Discipline at Work Place
• To attend tool box talk (TBT) in department
• Housekeeping activities
• Erecting and dismantling of staging in accordance with PaxOcean, safety & work instructions.
• Ensuring no defective material is used for construction.
• Wearing and using correct safety P.P.E
• Packing up material and ensuring the ''site'' is in a tidy and safe state.
• Ensuring all material is cleared from site on completion of jobs.
• To follow the Safety Rules and Regulation set refer to Occupational Health & Safety Policy and Environmental Policy by the yard
  
  

Key Requirements

Educational and Backgorund requirements :

• Graduated from Senior / Vocational High School.
• Successfully Completed Basic Scaffolding Course.
• Have minimum 1 Years working Experiences in any Industry preference will be given to who work in Marine Industry
• Must be proactive and willing to learn.
